Privacy
Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential and Massage Therapist and Silver Lake Spa agrees it shall not divulge any information received from client to any person or entity without such clients' prior written consent except where applicable by aggregate law.
The Right to Refuse
The client
The client has the right to refuse unwanted treatment, even with prior consent. The client can request a technique be modified if pressure is to deep or too light. The client also has the right to request a technique be stopped or simply not performed
The Therapist
The Therapist can also refuse treatment of an area or postpone treatment if the client has contraindications, expressed sexual comments, or makes sexual advances after being asked to stop, or makes the therapist feel unsafe. The therapist has the right to postpone massage when find the client under influent of alcohol or prescription drugs or postponing massage during the first trimester of pregnancy.
